As operators of various businesses, we wanted to put our decades long experience into building a strong and sustainable real estate operation. We analyze every opportunity from various directions, looking for ways to best maximize returns for all parties involved. As lenders, we work with our borrowers in analyzing every deal. As operators ourselves, we create welcoming spaces for our tenants and their businesses to thrive.
At KBHB Funding we are direct hard money lenders. Investors who use our lending services are able to purchase real property knowing that we’re in their corner, working with them through the due diligence process for a quick and efficient transaction.
We are value add buyers of real property in the four major “food groups”; industrial warehouse, retail centers, multi-family apartments, and office buildings.
